Blocks available for all abilities and targets through the year, to align with periodised training plans, allowing progression from end of season conditioning, to winter strength training and building power in spring, through to maintaining your peak for the summer season of events and races

VELOFIT CONDITIONING BLOCK £35
Four progressive weeks of live classes presented by Coach Alison and fitness professional Elle Linton, designed to improve your general fitness as well as get you into peak condition for starting strength training over winter. The package gives you access to all classes.
"This year has just been so different. We've had to adjust and learn new ways to work, exercise and socialise. When the Velofit classes at the Redbridge Cycling Centre were suspended I needed to find new ways to help people stay healthy and active, so, like many others in the industry, I went online. The various platforms allowing us to socialise through group video calls has been a revelation to many of us. They are not just a business tool, but allow us all to feel more connected. Using the Zoom platform allows you to train in the comfort of your own home, but also with fellow cyclists. Through lockdown these live classes have kept me motivated and I can't wait to get started again! We always have a giggle, they made training fun again.

With classes every day of the week, there are options for beginners, intermediate and advanced athletes, including Elle's famous 'Rollin' With My Foamies' sessions (why suffer alone!) and Kettlebells 30 workout.
Beginners are introduced to body weight conditioning exercises, with options to add resistance equipment as you get fitter and stronger, and for those with more experienced. All members will also have access to the Velofit conditioning plans, ideal if you want to train in your local gym (with each workout in an easy to screen shot format), and classes are recorded for those that miss them live.
And, of course, you will be supported throughout the four weeks, with access to the veloqi cycling club Facebook group community, plus training, equipment and nutrition hints and tips from your two instructors
