Which of the following describes you best?

I'm at the start of my cycling journey! I started cycling during lockdown, just been cycling for a year or two, or have come back after a long break from my bike. I'd love to get faster on and stronger on the bike but not sure where to start.

I'm loving my cycling and want to start setting myself some more challenging goals, such as a long distance ride, perhaps have a go at racing or audaxing. I'm ready to see how much progress I can make.

I've set myself some crazy goals or entered a seriously challenging event! HELP! I've been doing ok but it's time I set up a proper training plan or get some one to one coaching.
