I train to help maintain my mental health. For some of us this complete change to our normal routine can be quite distressing. It would be easy to focus on the negative impact the current situation has had on our plans for this year. Lets try to look for the positives. We now have extra time to train and prepare for 2021! In response to the recent announcement from our PM and British Cycling, and our commitment to keep you all healthy and happy, the decision has been made to suspend all Velofit classes @redbridge_cycling_centre until the advice changes. Please head over to the website and sign up to our mailing list as later this week I will be sending out advice about off the bike training, including sessions that can be done at home, with minimum equipment.
