About the Event
This workout is a quick 15 minutes focusing on building core strength. The science says trunk stability is an important factor of cycling performance. It is directly linked to how much power you can transfer on to the pedals. Your future self will also thank you for keeping your core strong, in the short and long term. It will reduce your risk of injury, such as typical neck, back and hip problems seen in cyclists, as well as help you maintain balance, on and off the bike, and avoid falls.
After a quick warm up, we'll be jumping straight into action!
