These workouts are designed to improve your general fitness as well as performance on the bike, increasing your core stability and improving your condition, reducing the risk of injury.
After a full body warm up, your metabolism will get a kick with this 40 minute HITT style circuits workout, consisting of conditioning exercises using body weight and resistance equipment. Options for dumbbells, kettlebells and resistancebands. Classes always finish with a cool down and stretch.
Make sure you have a drink and towel ready! You are going to sweat!
