It's the closest you're gonna get to a sports massage in Lockdown, so don't miss out! During foam rolling, you use your body weight on a foam roller to exert pressure on the soft tissue (i.e muscles). It places direct and sweeping pressure on your muscles which stretches the tissue and generates friction between the tissue and foam roller. As well as getting busy with the foam roller, this 45 minute session incorporates mobility exercises for you entire spine and back, and relevant stretches. This session aids your recovery, alleviates delayed- onset muscle soreness (DOMS) and reduces your risk of injury.
Ensure you have cleared your workout space before we begin and have a water bottle to hand during class. You will be MUTED when you enter the session so I'll be talking at you (lol). If you need to share anything with me please just use the chat function.
