About the Event
One kettlebell will do - anywhere between 4-8kg and if you have a heavier one, that's an added bonus. If you don't have a kettlebell, get creative. We've had a 5L bottle of water used, or even regular dumbbells. So grab what you have, have water to hand, mat is optional and 30 minutes will be done before you know it.
Ensure you have cleared your workout space before we begin and have a water bottle to hand during class. You will be MUTED when you enter the session so I'll be talking at you (lol). If you need to share anything with me please just use the chat function.
