Please ensure you have completed the PARQ and are fit before participating in any exercise class.
These workouts are designed to improve your general fitness as well as performance on the bike, increasing your core stability and improving your condition, reducing the risk of injury.
After a full body warm up, this morning we will work on conditioning joints and preparing for max strength work later in the year. Make sure have some resistance equipment to hand. There will be options for dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands.
The intensity of this class comes from the focus on technique.
Make sure you consume some protein after this session to make the most of your hard work and reduce the intensity of your DOMS the next day!
